Join the American Lung Association for the 13th annual Cycle the Seacoast on Sunday, May 1st, 2022, at Cisco Brewers Portsmouth! Cycle the Seacoast is a one-day, multi-route cycling event that is both challenging and fun. Choose from a 25, 50 or 100 mile route. Money raised helps fund the American Lung Association’s work to improve lung health and prevent lung disease through efforts such as lung cancer research, improving the air we breathe so it does not cause or worsen lung disease, and reducing the burden of lung disease on individuals and families suffering from asthma and COPD.

ROUTE OPTIONS: 25, 50 or 100 miles

AGE LIMIT: Ages 7 years and older.

DAY OF EVENT DETAILS:

Start times are staggered depending on the route of your choice. Cyclists that arrive late for their scheduled route start time will automatically be bumped to the next departing route.

100 mile start: 7:00am

50 mile start: 8:00am

25 mile start: 9:00am

FEES & FUNDRAISING:

Registration Fee: $35 (non-refundable & non-transferable)

Day of Event Registration Fee: $45 (plus fundraising minimum paid in full)

Fundraising Minimum: $200 per person ($100 for ages 7 – 17)

***Note***Age Limit is 7 years and up.  Children between the ages of 7 – 12 must ride a tandem or tag-a-long bike with adult guardian. All children under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian with them at all times on the route. Child and guardian are both required to meet the fundraising minimum.
