The annual TRANS-NH BIKE RIDE benefits The Muscular Dystrophy Association. The ride provides quality support and accommodations for participants. All the funds raised will remain in NH helping our friends and neighbors who are affected by this difficult and life-threatening disease. Over the past 5 years expenses have averaged 12.7% of the total funds raised. 100% of the expenses are direct costs of the ride.
The newly revised Trans NH Bike Ride for MDA June 24-25, 2023, is offering a 2 day format with both road and gravel routes from Portsmouth to Concord, approximately 65 miles. All levels of riders have successfully participated. We have excellent support, a welcoming community of participants, massage and much more!

2023 Routes
———————————————————–
Previous years routes
Canadian border – Lincoln NH ~ 80 miles
Lincoln NH – Concord NH, ~ 70 miles
Concord, NH – Portsmouth, NH, ~ 55 miles
2016 routes
DAY 1: Canadian border – Littleton, NH, ~ 100 miles
DAY 2: Littleton, NH – Laconia, NH, ~ 75 miles
DAY 3: Laconia, NH – Portsmouth, NH, ~ 65 miles
This is great but you may as well delete the old routes. I highly
doubt we’ll ever go back to the 3 day format. Last year we barely had
enough riders to make all the work worth it. Let me know if I can help
in any way. Thanks so much!
