Description: This is an enjoyable cycling area about 30 miles from Boston. Level terrain abounds with country roads looping past ponds and farmlands. You’ll pass Norton Grove, Lake Sabbatia as well as Winneconnet and Watson Ponds. Taunton is best known for its manufacture of silver products. Part of the ride traverses the industrial area but the undeveloped western edge is ideal for cycling.
