Each year, thousands of people in our community come together with a shared purpose. They are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, business owners, healthcare professionals, cancer survivors, students, and many others.
Participants take the Challenge to ensure that Maine people get the very best cancer care available as close to home as possible. It’s a bold vision, but we believe that by working together, cancer doesn’t stand a chance.
In 2025, more than $750,000 was raised through the Challenge. In total, the event has raised more than $8.7 million to support cancer research and patient care at Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.
