Four Notches and a Pass (4NaaP) is one of the most popular loops in the White Mountains, cresting Kinsman, Franconia, Crawford, and Bear Notches, finishing up with Kancamagus Pass, all on roads with wide shoulders. This 94-mile ride has approximately 8000 ft of climbing with 6 major climbs ranging from 700 to 1600 ft of ascent, and a 14-mile descent heading clockwise toward Bartlett.
