Bicycles Battling Cancer, Lancaster MA, September 21, 2025

Bicycles Battling Cancer is a fully supported one-day bike ride in support of the American Cancer Society. Every year, we have hundreds of riders sign up and fundraise for our mission to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer.

Riders come together and partake in a scenic 30, 50, 63 (100km), or 100 mile ride through Central Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Riders of all levels are encouraged to join and can participate as an individual or as part of a team. After the ride, join our post-ride celebration with our riders, their families and friends, and members of the community. We’ll have a robust celebration with music, food, activities, and a fun zone!
