Join The Best Buddies Challenge. The 100, 50, and 20 mile rides start from different locations and all end up at Hyannisport on Cape Cod. Each route takes riders along scenic, country roads to Hyannis Port. All rides are fully supported, with rest stops along the way and support vehicles on the road. Rental bikes are also available.
Best Buddies Challenge provides shuttle transportation options to all event starts and finishes. Show up in Boston, and they’ll get you to the 50 mile, 20 mile, or run/walk starts. After the party, they’ll get you to your hotel in Hyannis Port or back to your start line.
